I have had the pleasure of teaching 3rd and 4th Grade for 8 years. Each class brings new learning opportunities, challenges, and memories. It's a joy to work through these experiences in the rewarding world of education.
Each day, I strive to make lessons engaging for each learner in my classroom. I believe in collaborative learning and students often are surprised when their school day is over. We roll up our sleeves and dive into learning, embracing all academic needs. Lessons should be relevant and connections to the world around us are frequently introduced to understand the purpose. I love watching students make connections. Finally, I believe in establishing relationships. Peers learn from one another and we get our best work done in a supportive community.
