I've started teaching Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level History in 2010 for Cambridge School of Bucharest, working in an international environment. Since then, I've also taught Cambridge IGCSE Enterprise at Avenor College and I am, now, an IB DP teacher of History for the European School of Bucharest. I have the three BA degrees in Humanities and Law, in three languages, Romanian, English and French and a MA in Comparative Politics in English. I have also specialized, through training, in Cambridge History for IGCSE and AS/A level and IB History.
I am very student-oriented, pursuing the Socratic seminar approach, fostering critical thinking and encouraging my students to establish connections between cause and effect, establishing the implications and consequences, all while considering the different approaches and perspectives in regards to a historical event.
