For the last 3.5 years, I have taught 10th, 11th, and 12th grade English in the urban schools of Indianapolis, IN. Many of my students average at least three years behind in reading and writing; therefore, I tailor my lessons to increasing literacy and building lifelong readers!
I enjoy a vibrant classroom that combines relevant student topics with Best Practices techniques. Differentiation and formative assessments are key to a successful classroom!
