I have been a teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for 4 years this September. I currently work at the Regional School for the Deaf and Blind and I love every minute of it. I have worked there since I graduated in 2008.
I have a very relaxed teaching style, but very structured at the same time. I like to call my classroom "controlled chaos".
Teacher of the Year (voted by my colleagues) for the 2010-2011 school year.
High School diploma from Collins High School in Collins, MS. Associate's degree from Jones County Junior College in 2004. Bachelor's degree from University of Southern Mississippi in 2008.
Throughout my few teaching years I have learned so much. Every moment that is spent with my students are precious and I am blessed to have the wonderful "job" that I do. They truly make me a better person. Hope you enjoy some of the things that I post.
