TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my third year of teaching high school and I'm enjoying (nearly) every moment.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My policy is that one must give respect in order to receive it. I try to establish this mentality early on and show students that, although they may not always like or agree with their peers, they must respect one another at all times. I also try my best to make the material interesting. English classes have always gotten a bad rep' and I want to change that. I do voices when I read, I try to relate the trials of the characters to those of my students, and, overall, I try to help the students to enjoy reading.
