TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I teach elementary art classes for k-5th grade. I also teach leisure learning classes at a local university. I teach students from pre-k to senior citizen age basic art skills.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a very hands on teacher. I use a lot of videos in my lessons. Videos are great for art class because the students can go at their own pace and pause or restart the video when they need to and I don't have to repeat the same demo over and over.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

meh, nothing to brag about.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I have a bachelor's degree with a double major in Visual Arts with a concentration in drawing and Art Education.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I illustrate children's books on the side. I also like to juggle and learn new things.

Teachers Pay Teachers
