I enjoy teaching children of all ages, whether it be a 3 yr old beginner or an university student wishing to broaden their skill as a future teacher. I have taught at school and at my home-studio for the past 20+ years, teaching one-on-one lessons, small group lessons and even running workshops.
I believe learning is about discovery, and in particular, music learning is about a discovery of the senses - visual discovery, aural discovery, touch discovery (muscle coorination), and most importantly knowledge discovery! We try to incorporate all these along with appreciation of the arts and history in our learning.
