I've been teaching high school Spanish in an academically challenging environment for 21 years. I taught college Spanish for 5 years before that.
I take an eclectic approach that incorporates grammar, culture, history, vocabulary, and skills for every day life. I teach almost entirely in Spanish, with brief lapses into English for complex grammar explanations.
Awarded a place in the Toyota International Teacher Program to the Galapagos in 2007.
