I started teaching in Higher Education in 2014. Specifically, I started teaching classes that taught students how to successfully navigate their way through large Research 1 universities. Additionally, I have worked as an educator in student development spheres such as Residential Life, Orientation, career development, social justice and inclusion, leadership development, and advising. I have also tutored college level computer science! Essentially, I love the process of learning, and I enjoy helping students and staff reach their highest potential.
My teaching style centers on personal goal achievement. I utilize various methods to help students, staff, and employees reach their highest potential. To do this, I let my audiences know that the learning process is mutual--I will learn from them, they will [hopefully] learn from me, and together we will reach higher levels!
