TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have seen and learned a lot as an art teacher and I want to share it with you! I have been an art teacher since 1998. I have taught kindergartners, high schoolers and everyone in between. I currently teach K-5. My students have been recognized for local and national achievements, and I've been published in SchoolArts magazine

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love routine! I spend a lot of time creating resources and lessons that help students get the most out of their one hour of art class. I also create a lot of mini lessons that are part of a bigger picture. It is the most rewarding when students take what they have learned and put it into practice.
