TEACHING EXPERIENCE

After spending a year teaching Kindergarten, I was "promoted" to 6th grade where I've been for the past five years. It seems to be my spot, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I have high expectations for learning, laughing, and supporting one another.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

Do handmade drawings for "best teacher" or "favorite teacher" count? ;) Their appreciation and approval is what I strive for!

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Politics at the University of California Santa Cruz. From there I earned my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential at Cal Poly Pomona. I'm starting a Master's in Technology Education this fall.
