Not Just ABCs

I have taught several years professionally in the child care setting with ages birth to five. Before that, I volunteered frequently with child-related programs. During the past two years, I have work in the two and three-year-old classroom, where I was able to observe their abilities, skills and interests. However, I was also able to observe how little resources there are for toddlers.Thus, here I am.

With toddlers, they learn by experience. They know practically nothing in the world and they are trying to learn it all. As such, my teaching style relates primarily on world exploration, fine motor skill development and general fun. I specially focus on art projects that they can do (mostly) and not that you do and they contribute. (No handprint art here.)
