I have been a registered dietitian nutritionist for over 20 years. My work as a nutrition educator has focused on helping people development a healthful relationship with food with a working understanding of nutrition and health concepts. My work has ranged from Head Start Early Learning to University Undergrads and Graduate Students. In my current private practice, I provide nutrition coaching and in-service professional development.
