TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am in my 16th year of teaching in a K-8 school. I have taught a wide variety of classes including: computer, algebra, social dance, and Spanish to name a few. I started out as a 7th grade homeroom teacher and I taught math and English to 7th and 8th grade students. I also taught the computer classes for K-8. Over the years my position has evolved and now I teach K-8 technology (it is no longer computer as we use iPads in the lab) and algebra. I also provide tech support to our teachers.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My goal is to teach students how to learn. I teach them how to ask good questions and then how to find answers to those questions.
