TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Since 2009 I have been teaching middle school students. Most of my experience is focused around sixth grade mathematics; although, I also taught sixth grade social studies and science. I taught seventh grade science for one year as well. All my experiences revolve around the idea that I teach middle school students, not necessarily a subject area.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Engaging students by any means possible is what drives my lessons and my daily teaching. My overall teaching style is eclectic and involves components from various styles to ensure my students are engaged in what they are doing. Furthermore, if I am having fun with what I am teaching, my students are most likely enjoying what they are learning. To find out more about me, how I use my resources or for great fresh ideas for teaching math, head to my website at one-for-the-books.com.
