I utilize a flipped classroom model that varies whole and small groupings. I inspire student’s learning through compassionate and explicit instruction. I see the value of challenging a student to think for themselves and to connect new learning to prior learning. This cohesive learning experience is what propels students forward and opens their minds to new possibilities of new material. The use of explicit instruction provides me the strategic support students need by implementing varying levels of efficient teaching methods that will serve to prevent many interventions.
