I have seven years of teaching experience. One year in High School Social Studies and the others in Elementary Education. I took time off to complete my Doctorate but I taught Second Grade for Six Years, served as a Literacy Coach, served on MTSS-RTI for four years, was a department chair and K-2 overall interventionalist. Currently, I am in the research phase of my dissertation
I'm a digital 21st Century teacher but also a problem-based and project-based teacher. I always enjoy dressing up for lessons, using technology, as well as doing my read-aloud. Currently, I am working on my dissertation and out of the classroom but hoping to get back in the game.
