TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Over 10 years of experience as a classroom and gifted teacher in the public schools. I've worked with grades k-6th and have been the PBIS coach for over 5 years within two different districts.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love hands-on learning; lessons that are engaging and rigorous. I am always looking for ways in which to reach all learning styles with differentiated activities while ensuring that students are continually being challenged.

I have a Bachelors in English, a Masters in Elementary Education, ESL Endorsement, Gifted Certification, and 24+ hours in graduate level Biology, Chemistry, and Algebra. I am also the PBIS coach, and have been one for over 5 years within two different districts. Having taught in two different districts, of different economic means and ethnic cultures, I have been privileged to truly round out my style of teaching with the experiences I've had in teaching.
