TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Pablo Cuadra has been involved in ministry for the past 22 years. He entered St. John Vianney College Seminary in 1990 and graduated in 1994. His years at St. John Vianney College-Seminary were blessed with a diversity of pastoral experiences such as: hospital ministry at Mercy Hospital, hospice ministry at Genesis House, prison ministry at Dade County Jail, homeless ministry at Camillus House, high school ministry with Christian like Communities, and migrant ministry with the Office of Justice and Peace in the diocese of Richmond, Virginia. In 1994 Pablo began graduate theological studies at St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary in Boynton Beach, Florida. During his theology years, Pablo was again blessed with a variety of experiences such as: President of his class and then student body President, hospice work, and an internship year at St. Brendan Parish in Miami, Florida. Pablo’s internship year was a powerful learning experience in parish ministry, his hands-on undertakings were: preaching, coordinating the young adult and youth groups of the parish, leading funeral services, teaching CCD to the youth of the parish, and working with St. Brendan’s elementary school catechesis program. In 1998, Pablo Cuadra completed his theological formation having received the instituted ministries of Lectorate and Acolyte. Pablo graduated “Cum Laude” with a Masters degree in sacred theology from St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary. The summer of 1998 he had the privilege of working with now former Auxiliary bishop Agustin Roman at the Shrine of our Lady of Charity in Miami, Florida. From 1998 to 2000, Pablo worked as Pastoral Minister and administrator for Covenant House, Florida a runaway crisis shelter for homeless youth. In 2000, Pablo returned to St. Vincent de Paul Seminary to complete the requirements for the Masters of Divinity. In 2001.
