TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my twelth year in the education field. I have taught first grade for seven years. I have also had the opportunity to teach kindergarten, fourth, fifth and seventh grades. Teaching is my passion and I love to integrate music, movement and technology into daily lessons to help inspire students to learn. Having fun while learning is very important in our classroom and makes our days so much more productive!

MY TEACHING STYLE

“Tell me and I'll forget; show me and I may remember; involve me and I'll understand.” This Chinese Proverb says a lot! I feel that the more we get the students involved the more they will understand and learn. I like to have a very hands-on classroom where my students are involved in every aspect of learning!
