Working at an alternative school for eight years with a variety of children from regular education to special education. Working with autistic children and going from a behavior technician to an intervention specialist.
I go by how our students learn and what I have learned from observing in my years as a teacher's assistant. When I teach I will continuously model and guide students as I incorporate their individual learning styles since they all learn differently. I will have all three modes of learning (kinesthetic, visual and auditory) incorporated into the classroom to better assist in helping all students learn to their fullest.
Summa Cum Laude
