TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Jahan Zeb: MA Peace and Conflict Studies, Co-Founder, Global Peace Centre Canada at the Centre for Peace Advancement at the University of Waterloo, Co-Founder of the Peacebuilding Education Collaborative, contributor to the "I Am Malala: A Resource Guide for Educators" developed at the Global Women Institute of the George Washington University. Zeb is also an adviser to the chair of the Malala Fund and is a member of the United Nations Inter-Agency Network on Youth Participation in Peacebuilding. Rebecca Sargent: Honours BA Global Studies/Anthropology, Co-Founder of the Peacebuilding Education Collaborative, years of international mediation and dialogue experience, 10+ years of education in peace related fields, as well as several years as a freelance war correspondent in West and Central Africa. .

Rebecca Sargent: Honours BA Global Studies/Anthropology at Wilfrid Laurier University, Peace Economics and Analysis and Research for Peace at Transcend Peace University, Certificate in Peacebuilding Methods at the West African Peacebuilding Institute, and Non- profit management at Ryerson University.

Jahan: His research areas include conflict resolution, dialogue, Jirga, Sulha, nonviolent movements, and the design and development of civil society organizations.
