ALL students in U.S. schools are "English language learners." Some are native English speakers, while others are non-Native English language learners. I am an Independent Educational Support Specialist. I have developed English learners (ELs) into confident, motivated, and independent learners. I have taught for 20 years in the areas of Special Educations, General Education (K-2nd), and English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL ~ K-5th). I am committed to scaffolding curriculum and creating leveled resources for our students.

I love educational writing with English learners (ELs), especially in the areas of Social Studies, Science, and Literature. I enjoy creating BOOM Cards, TpT resources, PowerPoint presentations, and taking nature photographs in my "spare" time.
