I teach at a very high level, much higher than what my students are going to experience at the end of year tests. I believe exposing my students to the most difficult problems they are going to see will make sure they are adequately prepared. For math, every problem is a word problem and typically multi step. This ensures they not only can do the math, but can read and understand the problem.

I graduated from California State University in 2010. Due to the location I earned my education, my own education was heavily influenced by my surroundings. Teaching strategies were geared towards ELL's and inclusive education practices.
I don't believe that a teacher should have to spend his/her own money on materials for his/her class. But let's face it....we love our kids and we are passionate about our jobs. We want the best for them, so we do spend our own money! I keep my prices VERY low so that teachers can keep more of their money in their pocket!
