Currently I teach cooking and nutrition classes at Sonoma State University, TrueNorth Health Center, and Dr. McDougall's Health and Medical Center. Past experiences include being a nutrition educator for a university, a high school kitchen manager and chef, a caterer for Whole Foods Market, a raw foods chef, an organic gardener, and a nutritionist for non-profit for children battling cancer.
I provide in-person and online classes. My lessons are visual and interactive. I prefer hands-on lessons whenever possible.
