My name is Michele I am a mom, educator, and professional in the field of early education . I have owned my own early educational business, and I am a Trainer for the State in the field of early childhood education. I have 26 years in the field of early childhood education. Currently I am employed as a Pre-K Master Teacher in a private program receiving funding from the Department of Education and the First Things First Initiative. I also provide staff training with Arizona State Univeristy PBS a collaboration through the State of Arizona and the Arizona Public Broadcasting Service. I have a wealth of experience, knowledge, training, and education in the area of early childhood education and am happy to share what I have both experienced and learned. I have learned so many things on my journey as an educator and I understand how challenging and rewarding the work can be. Let my experience and knowledge work for you and your program.
I embrace a hands-on , emergent, play-based , and integrated curriculum. Children learn by doing, investigating their questions, and problem solving with their peers.. They learn by playing and using their imaginations, expressing themselves via emotions, and exploring the world around them. Early Childhood Education is a subset teaching strategy apart from primary. Only an early educator can understand the differences. I am one of these unique people who understand the early childhood education arena. Let me help you in your early learning classroom.
