TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've been teaching for 11 years. I've taught second and first grade. I love sharing tips and tricks for technology in the primary grades at conferences and through webinars.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style can best be described as firm but fun. Consistent routines should be in place in any classroom, but there also has to be room for laughter and fun! We don't sit in a desk all day in my classroom. I am a strong advocate for movement in the classroom. I encourage my students to pick their learning spaces in the classroom. Students are free to work and sit anywhere that is comfortable for them as long as they aren't a distraction to others.
