Love teaching cooking and baking. Lots of fun and excitement trying new recipes with the students. Before teaching, I was a chef in various tablecloth restaurants and hotels. I also spent time as a chef in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. - it was great! I ate my way around Europe.
