TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching full-time in British Columbia, Canada for 10 years. I have mostly been teaching first and second grade, but have also taught a Kindergarten split and grade 3 in my first full year. I love my job, being a teacher, creator, and nurturer to young minds. In the early years, kids learn and grow so much and it is always so exciting to see their transformation throughout the years! The thought of creating and providing educators with the resources they need to teach their students, excites me and motivates me. There is nothing more rewarding to see my resources helping and teaching others. I work hard to create resources that are comprehensive and differentiated. Teachers can be confident that when they buy a resource from me that they will have everything they need to implement in their classroom.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love to be super organized and have things planned and try to be ready to go at all times, while being flexible at the same time. I like to have fun daily and laugh a lot with the kids! Even when things get stressful, I have to remember that they are just kids and they love school as much as I do. Each year kids come to me with all different learning abilities and backgrounds, so I really have to take things one day at a time. I have never had two classes alike, which means being flexible is very important to me. I definitely live to teach, whether it be at home with my children, at school with my students or through my own personal growth. I have Tpt to thank for that!
