TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Together we have over 30 years teaching experience. Vicki has spent 17 years teaching kindergarten, first, and second grade. Kim teaches computer and business classes. She has taught up to the 12th grade and even college courses but most of her experience resides at the junior high level.

MY TEACHING STYLE

We both believe that learning should be fun! We design lessons that allow students to be creative while also stretching them to do their best. All students can learn and we believe it is our job to tap into each student's potential.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

Kim received the ABEA Junior High Teacher of the Year award in 2012. Recently, a student of hers placed 2nd in Word 2013 at the Microsoft Office Specialist U.S. National Championship.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

We both have a master's of science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Vicki is a mother of two and Kim is a mother of three. We not only work together but lead praise in worship together in our home church..
