I believe that all children have an innate excitement to learn. My enthusiasm in the classroom fuels this excitement and ignites their motivation and curiosity! My genuine compassion and love for the children spills onto them creating a "family" environment. WE are all family!!
In May of 2005 I was honored to have been selected as one of the City of Plantation's "Educator Of The Year" through the Chamber of Commerce" in Broward County.

I knew at a very young age that I wanted to be a teacher. I had many obstacles growing up but I persevered and became what I always dreamed I'd be. For this I am very proud! My oldest daughter (14) had brain surgery on November 1st. I made the decision to step down from teaching my school family to care for my home family. I'm so very excited to now be a part of the TPT family! My hope is to share the wealth of knowledge and information that I've accumulated over the years!
