After teaching in the classroom and being the director at a private school for 18 years, I jumped into the world of homeschooling. I've been homeschooling my boys and teaching homeschool classes for the past 5 years.
I have a unique style of teaching. I incorporate many different techniques and am eclectic in my approach. I believe that capturing the attention of the students is essential. If students find the material relevant and can connect with it on a personal level, they can learn anything.
Author of several education books published with Mailbox Books/The Education Center. Highly qualified teacher designation with New Hampshire Department of Education.
I have my M.Ed. in Education from Rivier University and a B.S. in Education and Psychology from Northeastern University.
I have two boys, one in middle school and one in high school. Homeschooling is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am passionate about offering them the best education possible. My goal is for them to develop a lifelong love of learning.
