I have taught in both the regular classroom and as an instrumental music teacher, from elementary through high school. This diverse perspective has given me the background to appreciate the point-of-view of both the classroom teacher and the elective/specials teacher to make decisions beneficial to both sides in my instructional materials.
I appreciate the student-driven approach to learning. I realize not all students learn the same way and therefore require varied approaches to make learning fun!

I have five beautiful children and a husband who is a band director, so there is lots of school talk at our house on a regular basis.
