TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have 10+ years experience teaching math at both the middle school and high school levels. Additionally, I am a published author, writing chapters in 8+ textbooks. I bring the skills that I have learned authoring textbooks to help create enjoyable resources.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to think that my students gain in confidence with math throughout the time they have me as a teacher. I like to make my explanations clear and simple to follow. To that end, my resources should be helpful in getting students to understand and explore the math they are learning.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I have taught math in the UK and the USA. It might not be an honor or an award, but it does give me incredible insight into two similar but different educational systems.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Master of Math from the University of Manchester, England. Teaching Certificate from the University of Gloucestershire, England.

I am qualified to teach math in Michigan, USA and throughout the United Kingdom.
