TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching for 18 years with many ability levels. For the past 9 years I have been teaching Read 180 to my 7th grade students and have seen huge growth from them. Included in my store are materials for stage B Read 180! Materials for New immigrants, Disasters, Edgar Allan Poe, Turning Point, Louisa, please come home, Invasive species etc... I have vocabulary, reaction questions, and assessments for each workshop! I also have multiple rubrics for presentations, group work, conferencing and much more! In addition, I have quite a bit of poetry materials to analyze by Langston Hughs, Emily Dickenson and other poets! If you don't see something that you need let me know and I can help you out!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I do a lot of guided reading where students have the opportunity to think, pair, share! Many of my materials have been differentiated to meet many levels.
