TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am an Early Childhood Teacher who after I graduated began teaching as an Italian language teacher. I have taught Kindergarten- Year 6. I also have taught E.S.L. (English as a Second Language) students and a New Arrival and TAFE NSW (Technical and Further Education) where I taught for the Diploma of Early Childhood and Care casually. I recently completed my Reading Recovery training and now I am the Reading Recovery teacher and LaST (Learning and Support).

MY TEACHING STYLE

Learning should be fun, exciting and engaging. I believe in providing hands on activities and activities that are child-centred; a co operative environment that promotes conversation and enquiry as well as to engaging my students considering their different learning styles. I believe all students can learn and therefore finding students strengths and weaknesses and differentiating is also the key to success.
