I have 5 years experience in youth development, 5 years teaching first grade, and 10 years experience teaching horseback riding. I teach in an inclusion classroom in an inner city school. I have also taught horseback riding for special needs students for over five years.
I believe in using small groups, frequent formative assessments, and doing stations. School-wide positive behavior support is another thing I support.
