TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have 23 total years of experience in teaching Second Grade, and am now blessed to teach Third Grade. I have team-taught in the subjects of Language Arts and independently in a self-contained classroom. I enjoy teaching all subject areas, but my passion and strength is in the area of Language Arts! I most enjoy being able to teach across the curriculum in all subject areas with my many themed units.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is visual with lots of explanation and modeling for students. I truly believe that we learn by using all learning senses depending on our learning style and what it is we are experiencing and need to master.
