I believe that kindness is the glue that holds us all together. It has the power to heal old wounds and cement friendships. Positive relationships are essential for social, emotional, and mental wellness so I love to teach kids how to strengthen them. The majority of my resources are based on this principle.

My passion is to create awareness of the importance of incorporating SEL into every classroom curriculum to improve social, emotional, and mental health for students AND teachers. Extensive research and life experience drives me to help students to understand how their emotions can affect their friendships and that kindness and empathy are key to reducing bullying and exclusion. Ripple Kindness Project offers stand-alone resources on TpT as well as year-level modules and a whole school curriculum on our website. Using SEL as a positive alternative to traditional anti-bullying programs is a far more effective and successful way of improving student wellbeing, peer connectedness, and school culture. All of our resources provide funding for our outreach program that supports disadvantaged school families in Melbourne. You can learn about our outreach on facebook by searching RipplesNourishNetwork.
