TEACHING EXPERIENCE

After completing my undergraduate work with a variety of grade levels, I taught third grade in a self-contained inclusive classroom for two years. I moved to the Pittsburgh area in 2010 and transitioned to teaching fourth grade. I'm loving every minute of it!

MY TEACHING STYLE

My goal is to provide a safe and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of the evolving twenty-first century learner. I have a special interest in project-based learning, and I am working toward integrating more projects and authentic learning experiences into my teaching.
