TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught English as a foreign/second language for over 10 years. I've been lucky to teach ESL/EFL in Brazil, China, Germany and in the USA.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My lessons follow the ideas for teaching ESL/EFL inherited by the Discourse-Functional approach. However, you may also find some lessons designed according to the Artificial Intelligence approach (to be added). Most of my lessons work better in small- or medium-size classes, with maximum of 20 students. You will notice a substantial use of technology (both in hardware and software forms) in the lessons. Sometimes using them, sometimes talking about them! You should be willing to combine in-class and out-of-class activities with the current communication technologies that we have available today. Have fun !
