Before beginning my teaching career I worked in the graphic design industry for 7 years. I have taught art, photography, and graphic design at the high school level for the last 9 years. I am also the yearbook advisor and am starting a yearbook class this coming school year.
My focus is on giving students an opportunity to create highly individual and imaginative works of art. My classroom is student-centered giving as much freedom and power to the students as they can handle.
