I grew up in a classroom. My mother was a second and third grade teacher, so it was only natural for me to have my own teaching career. I have been teaching English Language Arts for the past decade in all grade levels from seventh grade to twelfth grade. I have taught in Maine, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
Movement! Laughter! Teamwork! Lots of discussion! Personal challenges!

I graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington with a B.S. in Secondary Education English and a minor in Psychology. I then went on to earn my Master of Arts in Teaching at Brown University.
I'm a runner, a mom, a photographer, a teacher, a thinker, a reader, a wife, and a person who loves to make people feel better about themselves. Why shouldn't education be the same way? Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Run.Laugh.Teach/
