I've been teaching for a total of 21 years. In that time, I have been a substitute teacher, a teaching assistant, and a classroom teacher. I have had experience teaching in kindergarten, first, second, and for the past 17 years, fifth grade. I've had a lot of fun, pulled out a lot of hair (joking, sort of), and learned a lot of different ways of doing things.
Hands on all the way! We do a lot of group work and exploration in my classroom!

Nothing much to tell. I'm a book lover, cat owner, scrapbooker, and avid gardner. Notice how those are all mainly solitary activities. Could be because I'm a bit of a homebody!
