My number one goal is to develop math confidence in my students so that as they get older, they feel confident choosing to take more math classes. Helping build that confidence and desire to continue their math educations is the most important thing I feel I can do.

I'm a published author of a Chicken Soup for the Soul story called "The Eye Patch". It's in the Teens Talk Middle School book and was originally a story I wrote for a graduate class.
