TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I was born to teach. From my basement schoolhouse teaching neighborhood kids to teaching as a certified teacher, the need for lesson modification was always clear to me. Just as you will not find any two snowflakes to be identical, you will not find any identical learners. I have worked as a middle school science teacher and as an elementary educator. I have experienced the life of a charter school teacher and that of a teacher in a public district. It doesn't matter where you find yourself teaching, you will encounter students who are on different levels with different needs. My goal was to create products that can be easily differentiated depending on your group of learners!

MY TEACHING STYLE

Fair isn't always equal. Fair means everybody getting what they need in order to be successful. Differentiation is key. All students must grow.
