Ten years of high school science teaching experience in multiple subjects - General Biology, AP Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and General Science. A little of everything! This year I teach: General Science (mostly Earth science) Physics Concurrent enrollment biology (community college credit)
Keep it fresh, and keep getting better! I like to be organized and have a roadmap in place when I start a unit. At the same time, I love to take advantage of current events and the spontaneous things that happen around us. I aim to make content meaningful and interesting for students, and I plan opportunities for every student's voice to be heard every single day. I provide students frequent, varied inquiry experiences.
