TEACHING EXPERIENCE

6 years teaching high school math and science. Precalculus, calculus, physics, chemistry, astronomy, biology, and physical science.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My lessons focus on clear explanations with diagrams and immediate practice problems that walk step-by-step through the process to help reinforce learning. My notes are often in a conversational style to help put things in terms that relate more to students. I firmly believe that students should have 3 things before leaving high school: 1) A solid foundation in math and science. 2) The ability to think critically. 3) A desire to learn more as they progress in life.
