As a middle school science teacher, I believe that labs and inquiry-based science activities are fundamental to the science classroom. But I know firsthand how daunting it is to implement labs and activities in middle school. My goal is to make it easy for teachers like me to bring labs into their classroom. With more than 16 years of experience in the classroom, a bachelor's degree in science and master’s degree in curriculum and instruction, I am very excited to share with you the lessons and programs I have developed. I think you will find that they are student forward, thematic, interdisciplinary, and most of all, they begin with labs and science activities that are easy to implement into any classroom. I’m excited to share these lessons with you. In my store, you will find everything from classroom management packets designed specifically for the science classroom, to NGSS-based lessons, units, and bundles. If you’d like to get more ideas about implementing labs and other inquiry activities into your classroom, I invite you to check out my website at www.scienceopoly.com.
