I worked in two Christian schools for a total of eleven years. I taught multiple subjects each year including English, math, science, social studies, religion, Photoshop, and technology. I have taught grades 5 through college, and I taught two classes to adult learners. In 2012, I accepted a doctoral fellowship from St. John's University. I am an English adjunct at Iona College, and I hope to become a full time professor in the near future.
I like to have my students work throughout class time. I integrate technology in organic, enjoyable, and logical ways. I love it when my students take creative routes to solve problems.
